Private Capital

Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, invested in a unit in Central busy Lyndhurst Terrace and were keen to invest in a long term and high-quality fit-out. The project required us to create a high-specification, client & staff-focused workplace for 8 staff plus 2 built-in/ fold-out bureaus which act as pop-up workstations and hot desks, along with a centrally positioned pavilion for the Managing Director along with a switchable Priva-Glass meeting room, which can be expanded into a boardroom and event space.

The design evokes a nostalgic design language, with contemporary geometry and material junctions, supported by the highest quality fixtures and fittings. The space includes hosting & meeting facilities along with a meeting room that can be easily converted into two offices via two moveable drinks cabinet/bookcases, shower washroom, built-in wardrobes and washroom facilities and discretely positioned breakout spaces.

Through negotiation with the building landlord, we were also able to persuade them to allow us to extend the client's finishes into the common lobby to create a unified feel across the entire floor space.

As the unit was owner occupied by our client, we were able to take all of the finishes out of the unit and into the lift lobby. This gave the office more breathing space, and avoided there being a dramatic change in materials at the entrance threshold.

We integrated a number of features into this project, and we spent a great deal of time on-site, working with the contractor in order to optimise the fit-out and ensure the highest level of execution possible.

We provide a comprehensive construction supervision service and regularly attend site to monitor progress.

Drawings & Details

Where required, we provide detailed drawing and documentation packages in order to clearly communicate the design to the contractor. Managing the Tender if required and as instructed on this project.
