Rare Butchery
One of our smallest ever stores, this concept is the first retail venture for Rare, a Hong Kong importer and distributer of high quality Australian meat.
We took a tiny, and rather sad looking retail unit on Mosque Street, and transformed it into a premium butchery and dry aged meat specialist, complete with bespoke fixturing, custom artwork, branding, packaging and a unique dry-ager cabinet which we embedded in the shop window to allow passers-by to see the amazing product close up.

We provided a comprehensive construction supervision service which involved us regularly attending site to monitor progress, make recommendations and report progress back to the client.
For this project, we were asked by the client to provide comprehensive drawing and documentation packages in order to clearly communicate the design to the contractor. We also managed the Tender process on behalf of the client.
