L’Occitane Asia HQ
Studio X has created a transformative Asia headquarters for global cosmetics brand L’Occitane, taking them from a dated and siloed office to a spacious open plan workplace.
This 27,000 sqft workplace split over 2 levels will become the Asia headquarters for the L’Occitane brand and 4 subsidiary fashion/cosmetics brands which sit under the wider L’Occitane Asia Group. The design features open plan work settings, collaborative work settings, a meeting suite, training facilities, a large common pantry and an entire product showroom. The project completed in Q4 2019 within the brand new K11 Atelier office tower development in North Point, Hong Kong.

This project required us to carry our numerous test-fits to ensure that L’Occitane's extensive and complex departmental structure and workflows could be suitably accommodated into the scheme. We had to work to a tight budget whilst also creating a headquarters that would embody this global beauty brand.
Our main objective is to improve the performance of our clients businesses by creating exciting, emotive spaces that have high utility and this project epitomises this approach.
